What Trazana does
Trazana helps users organize photos, notes, timestamps, optional location information, signatures, and reports around a job record. The early MVP may run locally on a device and is provided for evaluation and product feedback.
What Trazana does not do
Trazana does not certify facts, provide legal advice, determine legal admissibility, guarantee that media is unaltered outside the app, or resolve a dispute. Hashes, timestamps, metadata, and report versions are technical information about the files and workflow; they do not establish that every statement or image is true.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the information you capture, the permissions you obtain from customers and other people, the accuracy of your notes, and how you share reports. Do not use the service to violate privacy, intellectual-property, employment, safety, or other applicable laws. Do not include information that you have no right to collect or disclose.
Early-access availability
The product is still being developed and may change, be unavailable, or contain defects. Back up important records independently. Do not rely on an early-access build as the sole copy of material evidence, compliance documentation, or safety-critical information.
Intellectual property
You keep your rights in the content you create. Trazana branding, software, and site content are protected by applicable law. We may use feedback you voluntarily provide to improve the product without obligation to you.
Suspension and termination
We may pause or end early access if needed to protect users, improve the service, comply with law, or address misuse. You may stop using the product at any time and delete local data from your device.
Changes
We will replace these draft terms with complete production terms before public commercial launch. Continued use after a future update will be governed by the updated terms where permitted by law.
