Your work records are sensitive. We treat them that way.
Scope
This notice describes the `trazana.app` website and the current early MVP of the Trazana mobile app. The MVP is designed around locally stored job records. A future cloud-enabled service will receive an updated notice before its release.
Website data
This static site has no contact form, advertising tracker, analytics SDK, or marketing cookies. When you visit, our hosting provider may process technical request data such as IP address, browser information, requested URL, and time of request in server logs to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the site. We do not use those logs to build advertising profiles.
Mobile-app data in the current MVP
When you create a job record, the app can store job names, optional customer names and addresses, notes, photos, and report files on your device. Camera, location, and microphone access are optional device permissions. If location is enabled at capture, the app can record coordinates and its reported accuracy. The MVP may calculate a SHA-256 hash for a captured file and a generated report. A hash is a technical identifier, not a statement that the underlying events are true.
In the current local-first MVP, this record data is intended to remain on the device unless you choose to share an exported report or media using your device’s sharing controls. Sharing then follows the policy of the selected receiving service.
Why data is processed
The app processes information to create, organize, retain, and export the job record you direct it to make. We do not use job-record content for targeted advertising.
Retention and deletion
Local job records remain on your device until you delete them or remove the app/device data. Deleting a record is designed to remove its local record and associated local files; reports you have separately shared or copied are outside the app’s control. Future cloud retention and deletion rules will be published before cloud synchronization is enabled.
Your choices and rights
You can decline device permissions, remove local records, and contact us with privacy questions at contact@trazana.app. Where applicable law gives you access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, portability, or complaint rights, we will explain how to exercise them once the controller identity and live processing operations are published.
Security
We design Trazana to minimize exposure of sensitive work records. No security measure is perfect. Do not place passwords, payment-card data, government identifiers, or other unnecessary sensitive information in a job record.
Changes
We may update this notice as the product moves from local testing to a live service. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date.
